How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A standard full bathroom usually runs two to three weeks of on-site work once materials are in. We give you a day-by-day schedule up front so you know when the loud days and the quiet days are.
Can I use my bathroom during the work?
For a single-bathroom home we sequence the job to shorten the days it's fully out of service, and we're honest about which days that will be. In multi-bathroom homes it's rarely an issue.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When the work touches plumbing, electrical or the structure, we pull the permits under our license and schedule the inspections. That paperwork protects you at resale.
What if we find water damage once the wall is open?
It happens in older homes. If we uncover rot or a hidden leak, we stop, show you exactly what we found, and price the repair before continuing — never a surprise on the final bill.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, our labor is warrantied in writing, and we pass through the manufacturer warranties on the fixtures and materials we install.
